There is something that just isn't right about someone driving around playing inciting music to get kids to run towards their vehicle for a nice cold treat. Don't we spend our life's teaching our children not to talk to strangers in a vehicle offering them a treat HELLO!!!! Am I the only PARANOID person out there that feels this way. I've shared this with my sister many times and she has assured me I'm a FREAK :)
So this is where the lie comes in. I told Ray a few weeks ago that it wasn't an Ice cream man (even though Dace was shouting yes huh it is) I assured her that it was the MUSIC VAN :0 (I know horrible) Yesterday at the park I here the "Music Van" but, never see him. I'm reading my book when I see Ray totally freeze wondering why she is staring off into the parking lot she slowly takes a few steps forward and then out of nowhere takes off on a dead run in between two cars. I ran to grab her only to see the Ice Cream Man on the other side. GRR...... and here is where my little white lie pays off. I asked her what she was doing and she said those kids where yelling for Ice cream and I went to tell them it's JUST A MUSIC CAR!!!! HA HA CREEPY ICE CREAM MAN :)

Ali, I have never met anyone who felt the same way about the ice cream truck man as I do!!! That is the funniest and best picture I have ever seen! I cringe when I hear that thing playing!!! Too funny!

Oh my goodness, havent you heard my story of the ice cream man? I feel the same way, I hate them!! A couple of summers ago I called the cops on the scary ice cream lady with 2 teeth in her head!!! Yep, called the police and they came and checked her out. She told them that she had a business license but it wasnt with her, LIAR!!!!
I totally agree, they are creepy! Love the story, good white lie, I may have to use that one too. ;) You are so funny, and very creative.

You already know where I stand with the creepy ice cream man. Research has shown that back ground checks aren't required to drive the creepy van & that more of those creepies are convicted sex offenders than not!!!
HAHAHA cute! I think the Ice Cream man is waaay creepy. I have only ever heard it coming down the road at my grandma's house in Vegas so we were definitely not ever allowed to go near it, but we were always swimming in the pool and wanted some. I think he is totally creepy. :)
